The room featured a large bathroom with a dual head glass enclosed shower, HUGE whirlpool, separate toilet, and lit vanity. Chosen mostly for the in-room whirlpool tub. My husband and I were very pleased with the producer suite. What the hell are we paying all this money for? Seriously….cant even get an actual real coffee! Please go to Mohegan Sun instead. Juniors Bakery had one poor sap working there no skim Milk only Almond Milk for your coffee. Was here for a national EMS conference- no place to get breakfast or lunch, unless you want to eat Johnny Rockets for both. You have to walk all the way to the other side (Grand Pequot) for dining and better casinos. There is nothing in the Fox Tower Casino - 1 restaurant. To think my company paid >$600 for a Friday night is utterly disgraceful. I promise you you will be utterly disappointed with the status of these rooms.

Stay at the Hilton Garden Inn at the entrance instead. Mohegan Sun would NEVER allow this to happen.

Complete disappointment, lack of service. Pillows completely flat, furniture chipped, A/C screeching like a fisher cat all night. No one around to even make my bed, despite me leaving the tag on the door and me being gone from the room for 10-12 hours per day. Had to call for toilet paper and essentials to be replenished. Room is WILDLY outdated….stayed for 3 nights, not a housekeeper in sight.

Paradisus Princesa Del Mar Resort & SpaĪ complete disgrace! Thankfully my company paid for this room and it wasnt out of my own pocket.

On top of that great location near the beach and the casino. Even the carpet was fluffy showing it was constantly being vacuum. The room smelled amazing and everything was so clean. The bed was decor with beautiful drapes and the the jacuzzi tub was for too and was the cleanest bathroom I step foot in. To our surprise we told them about what happened prior to walking into there inn and they reassured us not to worry they had available rooms and a beautiful jacuzzi suite room for a romantic getaway. We figure let’s stop and see if they had any rooms available. My husband and I Drove down the road and stumbled upon hilltop inn and suites. We had a hard time booking a clean suite room around the area, left another inn because the rooms were not clean and smelled of smoke.

The manger James and the front desk employees Jay and Susan, turned a upside down day into a beautiful night.
